Out and About Vista is a grant-funded transportation program available for Vista residents over the age of 60. The program covers in-town grocery shopping and medical appointments.

RideFACT is based in Oceanside and provides San Diego County residents with low-cost transportation options for seniors without other means of transportation. RideFACT is available in all cities in San Diego County (including Vista), as well as Ramona and Spring Valley.
